Introduction Outpatient procedures (including Short Procedure Unit and Same Day Admit) allow you to undergo a medical or surgical procedure and return home for recovery the same day. Knowing what to expect can make your stay at Temple University Hospital more comfortable. This information is designed to answer the most commonly asked questions.
