Geriatric Medicine
The faculty offer comprehensive health care services to seniors at the Temple Continuing Care Center. They provide a continuum of care in a variety
of settings, including outpatient primary care and geriatric consultation, home care, adult day care, rehabilitation, nursing facility care, and acute hospital care.
Our outpatient practice, Senior Health Associates, provides comprehensive care for seniors in all areas of internal medicine, including preventive medicine and health education. Specialized services treat arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, intestinal disorders, Alzheimer’s disease and other memory disorders. Programs are provided for pain management, rehabilitation, and home health care.
