Vascular Surgery

The Section offers complete evaluation of patients with peripheral vascular disease. This includes the diagnosis of extracranial and intracranial disease, venous disease, aortic and peripheral aneurysmal disease, and extremity-occlusive arterial disease. In addition to demonstrated expertise in limb preservation, stroke prevention, aneurysm repair, and clot dissolution, this section is expanding its use of transluminal techniques in vascular reconstruction and corrective procedures for patients with chronic venous insufficiency.
